Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
At shivayoga.in, the official Sri Raj Rajeshwari Shiva Foundation Trust, we understand that circumstances may require us to alter, postpone, or cancel our programs. These changes can be due to laws, government regulations, directives from national or state authorities, or guidance from local health officials.
Postponing a Program: If you are unable to attend a program you have registered for, you have the option to reschedule your participation for a future date.
Requesting a Refund: If you wish to request a refund, please carefully read and adhere to the guidelines outlined in our Refund/Cancellation policies.
Registration is Non-Transferable: Your program registration is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another individual.
Postponing a Course: If you are unable to attend a specific course, you can postpone your participation and attend the course on an alternative scheduled date.
Changes to Our Policies: srividya.org.in reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement when we deem it necessary.
Requirements for Course Participation: To participate in our courses and sessions, you must first complete any prerequisite programs as recommended by the program coordinator.
Refund Policy for Online Donations and Subscriptions:
All online donations and subscriptions are considered final and are not eligible for refunds.
Force Majeure Clause (Unforeseeable Events):
srividya.org.in shall not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred by participants due to unforeseen events that are beyond our reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters such as earthquakes or floods, acts of government, fires, wars, strikes, widespread illness (epidemics or pandemics), unavailability of essential resources, or any other situations that render it extremely difficult, unlawful, or impossible to conduct a program, module, or class. This clause means that srividya.org.in is not obligated to fulfill its program responsibilities when these extraordinary circumstances arise.
